Our designers come to you with their expertise and creativity, equipped with everything you need to begin the process of developing a design. If you opt to schedule a site visit (available for a small fee), we can tour the area together to discuss exactly what you want and where you want it. Or, we can meet in-office and use photos and videos as a solid starting point – it’s completely up to you.
As we work on your project plan, we’ll narrow in on your vision using your budget, style, and preferences as a guide. Even if you aren’t sure exactly what you want or need, we’re here to help you make design decisions big and small. From picking out plants to selecting building materials, your Waterloo Outdoor Design Build designer can do it all.
Ultimately, our goal is to arm you with a project plan that gives you both a “big picture” perspective and breaks down all the key details. Once we’ve reviewed mock-ups and landed on a finalized design that you love, it’s your turn to take the wheel – but that doesn’t mean that our work with you is done! We’ll walk you through the process of contractor assessment, providing you with information about preferred vendors and suppliers that we think are well-suited for the job.
You can tap into our team’s skills and resources for project management, contractors, and other additional services, or you can leave with just your design and vendor list in hand. Waterloo Outdoor Design Build is here to give you everything you need and nothing you don’t.
Plus, because we’ve made sure that you have a detailed understanding of project priorities, you can make informed choices about when you want to complete specific steps within the process.
